Second place at the Board Game Olympics!

23 Sep

Last night Mark, Anne, Elise and I (better known as Team Ro Ro Ro Your Bot) took second place at the Board Game Olympics. This means we totally rocked Jenga, Connect Four, Battleship, Memory, Taboo, and Trivial Pursuit. Only we rocked slightly less than one other team.

The event was produced by Metro Metro, who also host scavenger hunts and other fun things around New York City, so obviously you should sign up on their mailing list.

My favorite parts of the evening: learning more than I needed to know about our opponents and Elise via Taboo (which has a way of quickly bringing out embarrassing stories), and meeting other fun bloggers.

Anne is good at playing Jenga AND having bangs.
